Tasks
- Lead the internal sales team from order to confirmation
- Coordinate between customers, field sales, and production planning
- Liaise with finance and logistics departments
- Allocate components and parts based on customer priority
- Evaluate order intake and revenue metrics
- Report regularly to the executive management circle
- Monitor order processing and handle customer complaints
- Provide personal support to key accounts
- Coordinate annual budget planning and sales forecasts
- Analyze and optimize internal sales processes
- Provide disciplinary and technical leadership to the team
- Manage employee onboarding, training, and motivation
- Report directly to the Sales Manager
