- Die UGC-Content-Strategie für alle internationalen Märkte verantworten
- Hochperformanten Direct-Response-Content für Paid Social und Performance Marketing sicherstellen
- Creative Strategien, Hooks, Briefings und Testing-Konzepte entwickeln
- Interne Teams, externe Creator:innen, Freelancer:innen und Partneragenturen koordinieren
- Prozesse, Timings und Deadlines in der internationalen Content-Produktion steuern
- Creative-Performance analysieren und datenbasierte Optimierungen ableiten
- Eng mit Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing und der Geschäftsführung zusammenarbeiten
