- Define regional supply chain analytics and network design strategy
- Align strategy with business and operational priorities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 data analysts and network design specialists
- Translate business questions into advanced analytics use cases
- Implement optimization and machine-learning solutions
- Establish common analytics methodologies and tools
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and scalability
- Drive adoption of analytics solutions
- Optimize planning, logistics, customer service, and cost management
- Design and maintain supply chain network models
- Use Optilogic for warehousing, transportation, and inventory flows
- Optimize cost, service levels, and capacity
- Lead scenario-based network optimization
- Support strategic decisions and long-term planning
