- Lead end-to-end feature conception and planning within product sorting
- Define and evolve product ranking and sorting strategies
- Develop category and campaign sorting strategies
- Integrate sponsored product ranking approaches
- Implement rule-based and algorithmic ranking methods
- Steer an experienced agile development team (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Organize and moderate agile meetings (e.g., standups, planning, retrospectives, feature demos)
- Own and continuously improve sorting and ranking logic
- Balance commercial KPIs (conversion, revenue, margin)
- Consider customer relevance and operational constraints
- Work in a data-driven manner
- Leverage A/B testing, reports, and analyses
- Derive actions for customer needs and business impact
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering
- Implement scalable, performant, and AI-supported ranking solutions
- Manage and communicate with stakeholders (Business, Tech, Analytics)
- Translate demands, goals, and requirements into product solutions
- Develop actionable and scalable product solutions
- Triage operative issues
- Identify technical dependencies
