Tasks
- Drive operational excellence in industrial logistics
- Ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient internal logistics processes
- Lead the logistics department for the compounding area
- Support production availability and targets
- Take ownership of internal logistics processes and systems
- Manage raw material supply and mixture creation using LOOP
- Implement continuous process improvements
- Optimize processes and cross-functional improvement approaches
- Lead and develop a team of 25 employees
- Support operational and organizational decisions as deputy to plant management
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations
- Collaborate with production leadership to achieve goals
- Support initiatives to reduce process waste
