- Already based in Germany (Nürnberg Metropolitan region)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- On-call availability for P1 incidents
Tasks
- Lead a team of network engineers
- Partner with Global Infrastructure Operations in Manila
- Provide 24/7 monitoring and operations
- Define and enforce technical standards
- Drive the engineering roadmap
- Manage global WAN and internet lines
- Oversee SASE, office sites, and cloud networking
- Handle DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and domain management
- Ensure global network infrastructure reliability
- Maintain network security and scalability
- Create and manage runbooks
- Establish and enforce escalation processes
