Description

You lead the Finance department, overseeing various financial processes and reporting. Your role includes providing insights, supporting audits, and driving improvements in financial operations and systems.

Requirements

• •Relevant financial education.
• •5-8 years relevant working experience.
• •Experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• •Experience in an international setting preferred.
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• •Solid knowledge of German GAAP and ideally IFRS.
• •Experience with administrative processes.
• •Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office.
• •Ability to coordinate with other departments.
• •Cordial and professional demeanor.
• •Positive and solution-driven mindset.

Tasks

• •Lead the Finance department and oversee operations.
• •Manage Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
• •Oversee Order to Cash (O2C) activities.
• •Handle Payroll administration.
• •Supervise Record to Report (R2R) functions.
• •Manage Asset & Lease activities.
• •Oversee Inventory & Credit Management.
• •Handle Treasury & Tax Declarations.
• •Manage Insurance Handling processes.
• •Act as key user for financial systems like SAP and Concur.
• •Ensure proper use and maintenance of financial systems.
• •Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• •Provide financial insights and support for GL account analysis.
• •Advise management on financial administration challenges.
• •Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities.
• •Prepare the Annual Statutory Report in compliance with standards.
• •Drive projects to improve group reporting and analytics.
