- Provide day-to-day technical guidance
- Ensure delivery accountability
- Foster team growth and effectiveness
- Identify and address technical risks
- Manage dependencies and blockers
- Collaborate with product management and customer success
- Scope, plan, and deliver features end-to-end
- Work with the Architect, engineering teams, DevOps, and the CTO
- Align technical direction across the company
- Define and uphold engineering practices
- Maintain quality standards within the team
