- •High problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and initiative
- •Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus

- •Define and optimize IT service standards and operational guidelines

- •Manage system integrations and scalability
- •Oversee change management activities, including releases and demand planning
- •Drive project execution for complex ERP projects
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
- •Control vendor and partner relationships to maximize service quality
