Tasks
- Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Coach and mentor team members through 1:1s and feedback
- Drive pipeline generation to meet monthly and quarterly targets

- Conduct cold calls to pre-qualified and unqualified leads
- Lead by example with best-in-class prospecting and customer conversations
- Partner with Account Executives for seamless lead handoffs
- Align with Sales Leadership on Ideal Customer Profiles
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations on tools and workflows
