Team Lead Revenue Analytics(m/w/x)
Improving global revenue analytics landscape with PowerBI and Salesforce. First leadership experience required. Work from abroad up to 30 days/year.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or comparable field
- Several years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, controlling, or similar environment, including first leadership experience
- Strong expertise in business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Advanced SQL skills and solid understanding of data warehouses; experience with data modelling (e.g. DBT) is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills, with proven experience in building and managing complex financial and planning models
- Ability to translate data into business impact and influence decision-making at senior stakeholder level
- Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to challenge and guide senior leadership
- Strong interest in leveraging AI and modern technologies to enhance analytics workflows and drive efficiency (e.g. experience with coding assistants or automation tools is a plus)
Tasks
- Lead and develop Revenue Analytics function
- Mentor and develop a team of Revenue Analysts
- Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture
- Improve global revenue analytics landscape
- Manage reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks
- Own top-line revenue planning
- Collaborate with Controlling on budgeting and forecasting
- Provide monthly performance updates to senior leadership
- Deliver insights and recommendations based on performance
- Coordinate and deliver global Quarterly Business Reviews
- Present results and strategic implications to C-level stakeholders
- Identify revenue growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Data, Marketing, and Product
- Enhance data models and quality
- Support Sales Incentive & Compensation frameworks
- Evaluate and leverage modern analytics tools
- Innovate with AI-driven approaches
