- Drive outcome-driven product development with transparency
- Oversee delivery and operational alignment across platform teams
- Align planning, prioritization, and execution processes
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks
- Support teams in balancing short-term and long-term goals
- Partner with Lead Product Manager and engineering leadership
- Translate Core Platform strategy into actionable direction

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
