- Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and compliance standards

- Min 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on governance activities

Tasks
- Define and manage procurement policy framework
- Lead development of procurement governance frameworks
- Monitor adherence to procurement policies
- Identify areas for improvement in procurement processes
- Implement corrective actions for compliance issues
- Oversee operational procurement activities for efficiency
- Ensure effective service delivery from internal provider
- Financially control service contracts with internal customers
- Manage the budget for Global Sourcing & Procurement
- Provide leadership and guidance to a small team
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
