- Steer Vertical Business Development Managers in various sectors
- Enable LV business growth with top vertical customers
- Drive LV division strategy for country organization success
- Shape sales cooperations for business growth and customer access
- Support vertical reporting and target setting
- Support major vertical customers and projects
- Analyze vertical market trends, competitors, and product fit
- Establish long-term business relationships and key account management
- Empower and coach team with clear guidelines and directions
- Cultivate a growth mindset in the team
