Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a shift team leader, deputy, or system specialist in organic production
- Comprehensive knowledge of production processes and interrelationships in a large production area
- Experience in installing and handling manufacturing plants
- Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering
- Fluency in English (written and oral), German would be an advantage
- Structured, focused, and organized way of working
- Assertiveness and motivation
- Ability to work independently, flexibly, and resiliently
- Ability to support 24x7 large scale facility on a 4 Shift Structure
Tasks
- Lead, assess, coach, and develop employees
- Support shop floor activities during shifts
- Set priorities and allocate resources to meet deadlines
- Participate in investigating deviations and improvement projects
- Ensure safety and GMP compliance
- Create and implement training plans on time
- Recognize, interpret, and correct deviations
- Compare cross-company process steps and dependencies
- Manage shift handovers, inspections, and create instructions

- 5 years
Education
- Vocational certificationOR
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree

- English – Business Fluent
- German – Basic
