Tasks
- Build Operations Delivery Management knowledge domain
- Establish Operations Delivery Management capability
- Develop standards, playbooks, and toolkits
- Capture and translate launch city learnings
- Drive regional consistency with local adaptation
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Commercial teams
- Build and lead international Operations Delivery Managers team
- Hire, onboard, enable, coach, and develop team
- Foster continuous learning in operational, technical, and customer-facing areas
- Promote ownership, collaboration, and pragmatic problem-solving
- Lead with enabling, pragmatic, execution-oriented, and servant-leadership mindset
- Set clear priorities and maintain focus
- Promote agile working and strong feedback culture
- Manage team performance, development, and well-being
- Provide hands-on support during launches and critical phases
- Coach team on-site in complex or high-risk situations
- Handle escalations and unblock issues
- Work with customers and local fleet operators on organizational build-up
- Ensure smooth transitions to steady-state operations
- Stay close to operational reality for continuous improvement
