Requirements

  • Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Retail, idealerweise im Beauty- oder Premiumsegment
  • Erste Leadership-Erfahrung, idealerweise Verkaufspersonal
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Kommunikationsstärke und Leidenschaft für Retail Excellence
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Gespür für Umsätze, KPI-Steuerung und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität im Umgang mit verschiedenen Aufgabenstellungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Wohnort in Hamburg
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft

Tasks

  • Führung von Rotating Beauty Advisors mit Fokus auf Motivation und Weiterentwicklung
  • Optimierung des Sell-outs im Team
  • Coaching und Training-on-the-Job am POS
  • Regelmäßige Store-Besuche durchführen
  • Monitoring der Sell-out-Entwicklung durchführen
  • Maßnahmen zur Erreichung von Umsatzzielen ableiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Retail Management und Field Team
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Key Accounts
  • Chancen frühzeitig erkennen
  • Schnell auf Marktveränderungen reagieren
