  • •Degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
  • •Minimum experience of 5 years in leading IT teams
  • •Ability to steer consulting, development & operations
  • •Deep knowledge about sales processes and applications (esp. Salesforce and SAP SD)
  • •Experience in consulting and requirement analysis in international sales
  • •Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to stakeholders
  • •Professional in English and German

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Tasks

  • •Manage the Sales Applications Team in Wiesbaden
  • •Lead virtually extended team members, especially in Barcelona
  • •Act as the IT business partner for global sales departments
  • •Oversee all IT solutions relevant to sales processes
  • •Align requirements and implement process improvements
  • •Establish a global community for IT standards in sales
  • •Evaluate technology trends and identify opportunities for innovation
