Requirements

  • •Degree in marketing, economics, or similar
  • •At least 5 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or performance sales
  • •Strong analytical and data-related skills
  • •Confident use of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • •Experience in SaaS, fintech, mobility, or dynamic e-commerce environments
  • •Hands-on, results-oriented leadership style
  • •Strong communication, team, and project management skills
  • •Very good German and English skills

  • •Manage conversion optimization strategies in digital, telesales, and partner channels
  • •Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests for ongoing conversion improvement

  • •Create transparent performance dashboards
  • •Lead an international, data-driven, and test-oriented team
