- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Tasks
- Lead and manage inbound transport and import team
- Achieve operational KPIs and process efficiency targets
- Oversee transport planning and import operations
- Manage freight forwarders, transport providers, and customs brokers
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Maintain stable, compliant, and cost-effective operations
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and process excellence
- Provide performance reports and risk assessments
- Develop and implement improvement plans
- Authorize invoices for freight forwarding and customs brokerage
- Train and coach Inbound Transport & Import personnel
- Conduct regular team meetings
- Support stakeholder communication across departments
