Requirements
- Vast experience in electrical engineering
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting wiring diagrams and designing electrical distribution boxes, motor control circuits and PLC systems
- Proven expertise with low and high voltage system design
- Ability to mentor and lead a team
- Strong collaborative skills and proactive attitude
- Experience with radio frequency (RF) systems
- Background working with MRI systems or in the food industry
- In-depth knowledge of electrical standards and compliance for EU and US markets
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with motivation to solve complex challenges
- Excitement and determination to build a new team and function
Tasks
- Design and enhance electrical systems for complex automation
- Create detailed wiring diagrams and electrical distribution across subsystems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate products
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards in the automation industry
- Take ownership of the electrical engineering roadmap
- Mentor junior engineers and team members
- Act as the subject matter expert for electrical engineering challenges
- Build the electrical engineering team from scratch
- Define the team's strategy and hire a high-performing team
- Secure necessary resources for the team
