Team Lead - Clinical Interface Integration(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience with healthcare integration technologies
• Demonstrated leadership experience in technical teams and international project coordination
• Expert knowledge of HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, X12, and healthcare messaging standards
• Advanced proficiency in interface development and scripting
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows and EHR systems
• Ability to resolve complex integration issues and optimize interface performance
• Self-motivation, independent work, and initiative driving across international teams
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and customer-facing services
• Certification in InterSystems or Infor Cloverleaf technologies
• Experience leading international or distributed teams
• Expertise in cloud-based architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices
• Deep knowledge of healthcare interoperability frameworks
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
• Track record of introducing new technologies or services in healthcare integration environments
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and terminology systems

Tasks

• Lead international project teams
• Provide technical direction and mentorship
• Drive architecture and design for complex clinical interfaces
• Utilize HealthShare, Ensemble, IRIS, and Cloverleaf platforms
• Identify and introduce new integration tools and offerings
• Develop and expand the service portfolio
• Lead proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations
• Manage customer implementations, ensuring successful delivery
• Deliver and report SLAs to service owners
• Coordinate with international stakeholders
• Collaborate with clinical informatics teams and EHR vendors
• Establish technical standards for interface engineering
• Define best practices and development methodologies
• Analyze complex clinical data exchange requirements
• Define scalable interface specifications
• Design and implement HL7, FHIR, and IHE interfaces
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Update architecture diagrams, data mappings, and service catalogs
• Ensure compliance with international data security and healthcare standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Evaluate emerging interoperability technologies
