Tasks

  • •Lead the Production Support team in the Mechanical AIT department
  • •Plan, organize, and moderate regular team meetings
  • •Manage personnel planning for projects
  • •Initiate and support recruiting processes and participate in job interviews
  • •Conduct employee reviews and support individual career development
  • •Provide operational support in day-to-day business
  • •Develop and establish standardized integration procedures for future projects
  • •Analyze and optimize workflows and workstations to reduce waste
  • •Create a catalog to forecast durations of mechanical activities
  • •Participate in development projects for digitization in AIT, such as Mixed Reality or MES
  • •Support internal training sessions, lectures, and workshops
  • •Report directly to the Head of Mechanical AIT
