- •Fluency in additional languages, especially French, Spanish, and Italian

- •Manage a team of 4 Customer Success Managers temporarily
- •Ensure revenue contribution through account planning
- •Implement cross-sell and up-sell action plans
- •Monitor business performance and track retention metrics
- •Track client satisfaction metrics and implement corrective actions
- •Act as the escalation point for strategic customer support
- •Share insights and forecasts with senior management
- •Manage stakeholders and collaborate with onboarding and support teams
- •Coordinate with marketing, product, and other sales departments
