Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS
  • At least 1 year in a sales leadership role in high-growth SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies
  • Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
  • High motivation, resilience, and results-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in German and English
