Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship, business administration qualification, or equivalent office management education
  • Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles
  • Experience in HR, Marketing, FMCG, or cross-functional environments (preferred)
  • Experience with POs, vendor management, or SAP (incl. MIGO) (advantage)
  • Support experience in events, workshops, or fleet management (advantage)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Ensure end-to-end logistical readiness.

  • Manage car swaps.
  • Process fleet documentation.
  • Support onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate required translations.
  • Schedule medical check-ups for leaders.
  • Prepare workshops and team-building activities.
  • Coordinate smooth office operations.
  • Screen phone calls.
  • Perform photocopying and mailing.
  • Manage filing and document processing.
  • Arrange travel bookings.
  • Submit expense reports.
  • Organize 121 trainings.
  • Prepare materials for 121 initiatives.
  • Provide on-site support for 121 initiatives.
  • Plan P&C employee events.
  • Execute P&C employee events.
  • Coordinate event logistics.
  • Manage event vendor interactions.
  • Handle event communications.
  • Provide on-site event support.
  • Provide backup for executive administrative tasks.
