Requirements

Tasks
- Supervise and secure tax compliance for German entities.
- Calculate, prepare, and submit direct and indirect taxes.
- Coordinate internal and external tax teams on tax matters.
- Participate in German company closings (monthly, quarterly, year-end).
- Ensure closings comply with German GAAP and IFRS.
- Lead, monitor, and control German tax compliance.
- Lead, monitor, and control German tax accounting.
- Lead, monitor, and control German tax reporting.
- Review tax-relevant internal and external documents.
- Lead and plan tax audits with the corporate team.
- Lead and plan tax claims with the corporate team.
- Lead and plan tax litigations with the corporate team.
- Evaluate tax contingencies and opportunities.

- Structure and optimize international tax.

- Ensure local tax compliance for foreign EDP entities.
- Secure and manage M&A tax matters in Germany.
- Structure M&A transactions for tax efficiency.
- Conduct M&A tax due diligence.
- Review M&A legal documents.
- Review M&A financial models.
- Collaborate with advisors on M&A tax.
- Collaborate with corporate tax team on M&A.
