Tasks
- Partner with managers to tailor talent acquisition strategies
- Support managers in drafting job advertisements
- Organize interviews via video conference and on-site
- Coordinate international travel arrangements with travel partners
- Market vacancies on various advertising and social media platforms
- Represent HR on interview panels and coach on best practices
- Assist managers in drafting competency-based interview questions
- Manage offer negotiations and explain EMBL terms and conditions
- Collaborate with HR Partners and People Advisors as part of a matrix team
- Utilize the Workday HR system for producing offers and employment contracts
- Create and share talent pools for recruitment
