  • 3+ years full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Proven track record in scaling startup environment
  • Understanding of challenges in rapidly growing companies
  • Direct recruiting experience in pharmaceutical and biotech
  • Experience in ML Engineering roles
  • Experience in AI-driven drug discovery strongly preferred
  • AI-native recruiter
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for talent mapping
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for screening
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for candidate engagement
  • Comfortable recruiting across technical roles
  • Comfortable recruiting across commercial roles
  • Comfortable recruiting across generalist hires
  • Ability to build trust with leaders
  • Ability to partner effectively with leaders

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

Tasks

  • Design and run full recruitment stack
  • Build lean and adaptable hiring structure
  • Leverage AI for talent mapping and engagement
  • Identify and engage high-signal candidates
  • Represent Apheris compellingly to candidates
  • Build relationships and excitement for the mission
  • Recruit top 1% candidates not actively looking
  • Understand and address candidate motivations
  • Manage offer process from benchmarking to negotiation
  • Navigate complex decision dynamics
  • Secure top candidates without relying on compensation
  • Partner with leadership on role definitions
  • Shape and refine hiring strategy
  • Assess and evolve talent evaluation methods
