Requirements

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or similar technical field
  • Experience in system or product development in industrial environments
  • Knowledge of industrial communication/RTU protocols
  • Practical experience in EMC-compliant design, pre-compliance testing, and layout guidelines
  • Experience with radio/regulatory approvals (e.g., RED/CE/FCC)
  • Programming or scripting skills for test automation or embedded-near applications
  • Proficient in Windows Server configuration and maintenance (ideally certified)
  • Experience in test planning, type testing, and production introduction (DFM/DFT)
  • Ability for structured analysis and precise technical documentation
  • High initiative, quality awareness, and strong communication and teamwork skills

Tasks

  • Develop and integrate communication and radio components
  • Design system architectures and technical project management
  • Analyze system requirements and create system concepts
  • Integrate and configure communication and radio components
  • Select, parameterize, and test industrial protocols
  • Design circuits considering EMV, radio, and safety requirements
  • Supervise PCB layouts and collaborate with layout resources
  • Prepare, define, and accompany verification, validation, and type tests
  • Support certifications (RED/CE/FCC) including pre-tests and lab coordination
  • Create technical documentation (tests, production, specifications)
  • Conduct failure analyses and implement corrective actions
  • Configure and maintain Windows-based server and visualization systems
