System Specialist Business Process Excellence in Life Science(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive operational efficiency by developing a BPE playbook and toolkit, while fostering a culture of improvement through a new rewards system and standardized auditing tools.

Requirements

• •Minimum 5 years experience in business process improvement
• •Track record in developing process improvement playbooks
• •Experience designing rewards and recognition systems (plus)
• •Several years experience in consulting firm
• •Excellent documentation skills
• •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related
• •Master’s degree or MBA (preferred)
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• •History of delivering projects on time
• •Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• •Detail-oriented nature
• •Familiarity with process improvement tools
• •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent (preferred)
• •Project management certification such as PMP (plus)

Tasks

• •Develop a comprehensive BPE playbook
• •Implement Foundation and Governance standards
• •Define the company process architecture
• •Establish a common excellence toolkit
• •Manage various excellence programs
• •Design a rewards and recognition system
• •Implement incentives for BPE initiatives
• •Create standardized process improvement templates
• •Draft comprehensive auditing and assessment tools
• •Execute evaluations of BPE practices
