Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or related technical discipline
  • •At least 5 years of experience in system integration for offshore wind, substations, power systems, or large industrial projects
  • •Strong understanding of OSS, ONS, TP, WTG, cable systems, protection & control, and SCADA architectures
  • •Expertise in interface management, system engineering, and integration methodologies
  • •Ability to interpret system diagrams, network architectures, SLDs, and control philosophies
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills at system level
  • •Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across disciplines and contractors
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken), German language skills are an asset

  • •Ensure technical integration across offshore wind farm systems
  • •Define and maintain system integration strategies and functional architectures
  • •Coordinate technical interfaces between disciplines and contractors
  • •Manage system-level risks and interface issues during all project phases
  • •Support system testing, commissioning, and energisation activities
  • •Maintain system integration documentation and drive continuous improvement
