  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im 2nd/3rd Level Support (idealerweise)
  • Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
  • Pro-aktives und zielgerichtetes Arbeiten im Team
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Tasks

  • Linux-basierte Kundenumgebungen betreiben
  • Linux-basierte Kundenumgebungen monitoren
  • Monitoringlösung kontinuierlich anpassen
  • Als 2nd/3rd Level Support Incidents für internationale Kund:innen bearbeiten
