Description

In this role, you will take charge of designing and implementing SCADA systems for large-scale battery storage and substations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams, conducting system tests, and ensuring seamless integration of control systems.

Requirements

• •Solid knowledge of SCADA systems and communication protocols
• •At least 3 years of experience in design and commissioning of SCADA systems
• •Basic knowledge of network technology
• •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Energy Engineering, or comparable qualification
• •Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and problem-solving skills
• •Good command of German and English, both written and spoken

Tasks

• •Design and implement SCADA systems for large-scale battery storage and substations
• •Create functional and communication concepts based on project requirements
• •Utilize protocols like IEC 61850, IEC 60870, Modbus, and OPC UA
• •Perform system tests and commissioning independently
• •Troubleshoot and simulate system operations
• •Supervise subcontractors during testing and commissioning
• •Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure system functionality
• •Prepare requirement specifications for components and software solutions
• •Take technical responsibility for supplier selection
