- •Knowledge of ISO 25119, ISO 18497, and SOTIF

- •Structured, methodical, and analytical approach
- •Experience in agricultural machinery or comparable industries
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills
- •Fluency in German and English
- •French language skills as an asset

- •Design highly automated and autonomous systems from digital platforms to vehicles
- •Partner with Product Management on overall system design
- •Lead interdisciplinary and international project teams across the group
- •Develop holistic and forward-looking technical solutions
- •Design functional safety architectures and conceptual frameworks
- •Manage technical collaboration with startups, development partners, and suppliers
- •Define interfaces between digital platforms and electronic control systems
- •Integrate mechatronic actuators into the overall system
- •Ensure overall functionality and series release of autonomous vehicles
