Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a System Administrator or Atlassian Administrator
  • •Strong hands-on expertise with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
  • •Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
  • •Familiarity with identity management (Entra ID, SSO, MFA)
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
  • •Excellent communication skills in English & German

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • •Manage and maintain Atlassian Cloud products: Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
  • •Configure workflows, custom fields, permissions, and automation rules
  • •Support teams with reporting, dashboards, and process optimization
  • •Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • •Stay updated on the latest IT technologies and trends
  • •Explore and integrate new technologies into the existing infrastructure
