Tasks
- Manage modern IT systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions
- Analyze and resolve system errors (L1 & L2 support)
- Develop and implement IT infrastructure
- Monitor IT infrastructure
- Install and commission infrastructure systems
- Document and prepare systems for operation
- Ensure hardware and software operation
- Perform manual and automatic updates
- Manage users for special applications
- Maintain asset and infrastructure data
- Ensure current data inventory for hardware, software, licenses, and maintenance contracts
- Communicate with customers and subcontractors
- Handle operational service aspects
- Manage incidents
