Description

In this role, you will be the backbone of the technical infrastructure, ensuring systems run smoothly and securely. Your daily responsibilities will include designing networks, providing technical support, and collaborating with teams to optimize performance and reliability.

Requirements

• •Proven experience with network security, specifically Fortinet firewall configuration and management
• •Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols (AOS-CX, TCP/IP, VLANs)
• •Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (Proxmox, Docker, Docker Swarm)
• •Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform)
• •Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly with GitLab CI/CD
• •Strong Linux server administration skills, especially with Ubuntu
• •Experience configuring reverse proxies like Nginx and Traefik
• •Knowledge of NAS management, particularly TrueNAS
• •Experience with log management and analysis using the Elastic Stack
• •Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus
• •Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• •Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• •Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Willingness to relocate to Hamburg

• •Document infrastructure components and operational procedures
• •Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements
