Tasks

  • Establish and maintain engagement process
  • Drive growth in SW and Pro.Services selling
  • Qualify and ensure deal progression
  • Initiate and lead growth initiatives for WXP
  • Ensure Pro.Services value services are sold
  • Collaborate with sales organizations
  • Influence sales compensation metrics
  • Form a virtual team across North European geographies
  • Serve as North West SPOC for SW and Pro. Services
  • Manage SW and Pro.Services forecasting and gap planning
  • Orchestrate relationships with WW GSS SW and WW SW Category/GBU
  • Lead the North West SW Seller community virtually
  • Optimize engagement process
  • Develop GTM strategy for non-T1 customers
  • Lead SW transactional sales and Pro.Services
  • Participate in VAS/SAR sessions
  • Generate and qualify sales funnel
  • Increase win rates
  • Optimize processes
  • Achieve reliable quota
  • Mentor in deal cycles
  • Establish best practices
  • Maximize SW and Pro.Serv sales with Country GTM
  • Manage virtual team and drive employee engagement
