Requirements

  • 4-8+ years relevant work experience, sustainability/consulting exposure for Pharma/Life Sciences, relevant sector network
  • Good understanding of key Pharmaceutical sector challenges
  • Proven project management experience
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in guiding transformative science-based strategy
  • Intellectual curiosity, science-based mindset, motivated to learn and grow
  • Motivation for teamwork, coaching, teaching, and mentoring
  • Confident use of generative AI tools with critical mindset
  • Fluent English communication
  • Additional knowledge in corporate sustainability topics/sectors
  • Good knowledge of sustainability frameworks relevant to Pharma
