Requirements

  • •Experience in project management
  • •Workshop moderation and presentation skills
  • •Confident use of MS Office
  • •Knowledge of circular economy and waste
  • •Analytical skills and process-oriented approach
  • •Ability to cooperate and reliability
  • •Persuasiveness
  • •Very good German and business English

Tasks

  • •Manage the group-wide ISO 14001 environmental system
  • •Oversee the German ISO 50001 energy system
  • •Develop environmental guidelines and processes
  • •Advise and guide international production site officers
  • •Drive the integrated management system's development
  • •Create synergies between various ISO standards
  • •Conduct international internal environmental and energy audits
  • •Develop and integrate group-wide ecological standards
  • •Support environmental, energy, and climate goals
  • •Evaluate and implement sustainability measures
  • •Assist with internal and external reporting
  • •Advise departments on waste and recycling management
  • •Contribute to the global sustainability strategy
  • •Implement projects with various specialist departments
