Strengthening sustainability reporting and enhancing data quality for a global power tool manufacturer. Extensive ESG reporting and GHG accounting experience required. Support for HKEX evidence requirements, with data validation experience a plus.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent technical education in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Extensive experience in ESG reporting, sustainability data management, or auditing
  • Solid knowledge of GHG accounting, ESG frameworks, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., ESRS/CSRD, CBAM, PPWR, DPP)
  • Experience with data validation, audit processes, or internal controls is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with ESG tools (e.g., Envizi, Power BI) is a plus
  • Good command of English; German is a plus

Tasks

  • Strengthen sustainability reporting
  • Enhance data quality
  • Improve audit readiness for ESG topics
  • Support ESG reporting with HKEX evidence requirements
  • Collect, validate, and document emissions data
  • Ensure audit-ready sustainability data
  • Implement and maintain validation and control processes
  • Manage and develop CBAM reporting processes
  • Coordinate and validate Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) data
  • Perform BOM-based calculations
  • Request supplier data
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Enhance data availability, consistency, and traceability
  • Plan and conduct internal audits
  • Document audit findings
  • Report audit findings
  • Follow up on audit actions
  • Contribute to sustainability controls
  • Develop audit frameworks
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare assessments for rating platforms (e.g., Ecovadis)
