- Familiarity with EDI/B2B, MFT, EAI, API environment, and experience with communication protocols, server operating systems, application servers, and databases
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
Tasks
- Provide product support for the Business Integration Suite
- Record and classify support cases
- Resolve support cases independently or with 3rd level support
- Collaborate with customers to enhance SEEBURGER solutions
- Act as Designated Support Engineer for premium customers
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
- Assist the support team with software updates
- Conduct system analyses
- Participate in service environment projects

- Bachelor's degree
