Requirements
- Relevant academic background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Supply Chain experience in automotive sector (OE and/or Aftermarket)
- Power BI and supply chain planning systems are an advantage
- Experience managing internal and external product flows is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply and inventory planning
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt plans
- High level of ownership and continuous improvement mindset
- Comfortable working in end-to-end supply planning role
- Confident collaborating with factories, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
- Analytical, proactive, and accountable with interest in S&OP processes
Tasks
- Secure product availability for OE and Aftermarket customers
- Optimize inventory for SKF stock and customer consignment
- Manage end-to-end supply from factory to customer
- Translate demand plans into supply plans
- Coordinate inbound flow and supplier follow-up
- Replenish inventory for assigned assortments
- Optimize system usage and master data
- Align production and supply capacity with manufacturing plants
- Prepare supply and capacity proposals for MSP
- Identify and mitigate supply risks
- Participate in Weekly S&OE routines
- Monitor inventory, order books, and supply plans
- Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment

- Bachelor's degree
