Requirements

- Several years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain & Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, Customer Support, or Operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, stakeholders management, negotiation skills
- Influencing, assertiveness, ability to challenge status quo with suppliers' management
- High degree of autonomy and organization skills
- Negotiation level English, German, or French (plus)
- Willingness to travel occasionally (4–6 trips per year)
- Global mindset and flexibility to collaborate with international suppliers across different time zones
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
- Preference for disabled applicants in case of equal qualification
Tasks
- Oversee supplier operational performance
- Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Drive supplier performance improvements
- Act as primary supplier contact
- Develop and implement recovery plans
- Manage quality and delivery improvement plans
- Identify and mitigate supplier industrial risks
- Assess supplier capacity and capability
- Contribute to supplier development
- Secure supplier approval and compliance
- Manage supplier relationships
- Control supplier activities effectively
