- •Degree in Aerospace, Material, Mechanical engineering or related
- •Experience in manufacturing space-graded metallic components
- •Knowledge of high-performance alloys and manufacturing methods
- •Experience in welded metallic structures and inspection
- •Familiarity with spacecraft structures or re-entry hardware
- •Problem-solving, attention to detail, and organization
- •Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- •Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

- •Collaborate with mechanical and design units to manufacture complex metallic structures
- •Partner with product assurance and procurement to control product quality
- •Manage technical exchanges with suppliers regarding metallic structural parts
- •Act as a technical liaison to resolve manufacturing issues promptly
- •Monitor and improve supplier industrial processes to meet requirements
- •Supervise supplier development roadmaps from TRL 4-5 through TRL 9
- •Monitor supplier quality control plans, NDT, and material certifications
- •Coordinate with engineering and suppliers to meet flight model schedules
- •Support suppliers in optimizing machining, bending, and additive manufacturing
- •Assist procurement and engineering during technical supplier discussions
- •Prepare documentation for TRL, PDR, CDR, QR, and MRR reviews
- •Generate technical reports and presentations for stakeholders
