Tasks
- Manage comprehensive plant supply chain processes
- Plan production and ensure material availability
- Acquire and manage production data
- Ensure high delivery reliability
- Maintain occupational safety and environmental standards
- Monitor and control material inventories
- Guarantee minimal stock levels for stable operations
- Define procurement and shipping processes
- Post transactions accurately into the ERP system
- Lead and develop the SCM team
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration and communication
- Track delivery performance and KPI systems
- Optimize logistics and material flow processes
- Coordinate between suppliers, production, and sales
- Organize local Sales and Operations Planning
- Represent the plant in international working groups
- Update risk assessments and process descriptions
- Assume entrepreneurial duties within your department
Education
- Bachelor's degree
