Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related
- Experience in supply chain or logistics management
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory systems

Tasks
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes and metrics
- Align supply chain execution with growth targets
- Develop category-specific strategies across all sales channels
- Lead integrations, liquidations, and cost optimization projects
- Plan weekly purchase orders based on demand
- Place and track orders to ensure availability
- Monitor out-of-stock risks and execute recovery plans
- Optimize inventory turns and service levels
- Coordinate inbound and outbound flows with 3PLs
- Manage logistics for warehouses and Amazon FBA
- Resolve logistics issues and escalate risks with solutions
- Reduce lead times and end-to-end costs
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze KPIs including inventory turns and unit costs
- Orchestrate communication between commercial and supply teams
- Manage supplier relationships for reliability and agility
- Coach and direct dedicated supply chain team members
- Enforce accountability and role clarity within the team
- Standardize processes while tailoring execution to category needs
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
