- Maintain clear documentation and traceability
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Structure goods receipt and shipping processes
- Guarantee internal on-time delivery above 98%
- Increase inventory turnover and minimize errors
- Optimize warehouse layout and process automation
- Utilize ERP and WMS systems with discipline
- Develop a scalable warehouse strategy for growth
- Prepare logistics for production ramp-up
- Optimize supplier and transport partner networks
