Description

As a Supply Chain Architect, you will play a key role in shaping processes and governance while ensuring smooth information flow across various functions. Your work will involve defining standards, supporting change initiatives, and establishing KPIs to drive effective decision-making.

Requirements

• •University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, information systems, or comparable qualification
• •Initial experience in end-to-end supply chain processes
• •Knowledge of system and process design and initial experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
• •Strong stakeholder management skills
• •Knowledge of E2E supply chain process architecture and governance
• •Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• •Fluent English skills; German or other languages are an advantage

Tasks

• •Define and maintain the process blueprint and governance model
• •Design cross-functional interfaces for process and data flow
• •Ensure effective information flow between planning, production, logistics, customer service, and sales
• •Support leadership in simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes
• •Contribute to change management initiatives
• •Establish core KPI set and reporting cadence
• •Ensure transparency and conduct root cause analysis for decision-making
• •Define rules and guidelines for lead times, minimum order quantities, and safety stocks
• •Support operational readiness for major changes and coordinate stabilization
